On the way to Queensbay Mall, Penang

~~In the rapid~~
It's yesterday morning (Tuesday,28/10/2008), my room mate, her friend, and I went to Queensbay Mall to watch movie.
We waited at the bus stop about half hour (I think...That long ah?).
Finally! The rapid arrived.
Maybe It's waaaaaay too early (not that early lar...is already like 9.30a.m.), so, the rapid is quite empty.
I managed to enjoy my time in the rapid by snapping a few photos of the surrounding.
^^Hahaha~I'm very PROUD to say : "This is not my 1st time on a rapid!" though.
Back in Miri, Sarawak (My DEAR SWEEEEEEET Hometown), I never dare to go anyway by bus.
But in Penang, it seems just...well, I don't know...I kinda get use to go to any place by bus.

These are pretty houses that I saw along the way to Queensbay Mall.
Now, I'll tag them as my DREAM HOUSE! Hahaha!
They're really very nice. I like the design a lot. ^^
Some day.....(Start dreaming.....@.="), I'm going to own that house!
....If only, the house are not owned by anyone YET and I have enough $$$$....X,X

Blogging

I've been surfing through blogs and blogs since I'm getting serious in building my own blog. ^^
So, I hope I can post on some really meaningful blogs. Somehow....I found it's quite tough. *.*

It has been a while. I still haven't get my "fingertips" on how to "produce" quality blogs. Hahaha~ How sad.... >.< But I'm here to learn. Hopefully someday from Zero...I can be a Hero-in. ^@^ (Quite impossible eh~But...have faith!!! Who knows?)

I was staying at the third floor.
This is a old-new block. (What'ta.....??)
Hehe...This block, H13, actually is the new-est block in Bakti Permai before the old block are renovated into the new-old block in year 2007. That's why it also "well-known" in Bakti Permai as the "HILTON". Hahahaha!
There is a mini-mart at the ground floor.
I really like to shop at the mini mart cause is very convenient.
But then....the price, erm, is a bit expensive compare to Kedai Mahasiswa and also the shops along Sungai Dua.

This is the new-old block that I mentioned earlier.

Hahaha....I admit my room is WAAAY~~~messy.

Well, look at the bright side! SOMETIMES, it is tidy! ^o^"

Tada~~~This is the cafe where MOST of the time I went for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
( Well...What to do? I've got not much choice.)
Here consist of 10 food stalls and 1 mini maga-paper-photocopy shop.
2 stalls selling drinks. One is own by Chinese, another one is Malay.
8 other stalls selling Chinese food, Malay food, Western food,Fruits stall, Sandwich stall, Kuih stall, Yong Tau Fu stall and last but not least Mee+Bihun+nasi goreng etc stall.
Hehehe...@.@Next time I'll try to upload some photos. KEKE~

Bakti Permai's Basketball Courts
Isn't they just nice? ^^
I just simply love the view of the basketball court especially during rainny days.
Ah~~~News flash! This is also one of the location where student's film shooting taken place.
And I saw it! With my own EYES! WaHaHaha.....!!!
This place always crowded with people playing basketball in the evening.
Sometimes, there's people playing basketball too on Saturday and Sunday morning.
So, note to all....Always beware of BALLS~

Things I've Recived~~~with LOVE...Kekeke!

This is the Mooncake box that left after I devoured all the mooncake inside. Hahaha!
I REALLY LOVE this mooncake box a lot. SO NICE~~
I received this very SWEET mooncake from my Er-Gu during a week before mooncake festival. ^^ There are others tip-bits too...But FYI, I finished all of them before taking the pictures.
Ooo~~~I also received a pack of "ZHU ROU SONG"...in July. Hahaha!!!
Really thanks a lot to ALL my beloved family members.^^
They're all are so loving and care a lot. They have helped me in every way they can. Hehehe....So that I always felt I'm surrounded with their love even though physically they're not around me.

1st letter received on...let me think...Erm...8th or 9th October.
Hehehe..Although she send it on 23rd of September.
Luckily, my friend, Kris, asked me to check the hostel mail box. If not...maybe I'll never know Xiao Ying send me letter. ^0^ Thanks, Kris~

Can't stop my lips to curve upwards...Hahaha!

Honestly, I'm SUPER DUPER HYPER touching and also happy to receive her letter. Cause although we often SMS since I came to Penang, I never expect she'll write me letter.

You see what I mean? How he get the food with stick.

This is an adult female Orang Utan. Well, I've forgotten her name. Hahaha!
The significant difference between female and male orang utan is the CHEEK.
Female orang utan does not have BIG cheek.

These are picture of baby orang utan. Aren't they cute??! ^.^
They are treat as if they are real babies.
They wear diapers, they sleep in baby bed, they are fed just like baby by the care takers.
Oo~~They even got their own toys!

Day 3 Without Room mate....

I saw this little crawling..."mollusca" on the wall this morning after washing my face and brushed my teeth. This little thing caught my eye somehow, so I quickly ran back to my room and took a few snap shot of it.
*Oops...! Phone call from my aunt~ Gotta answer it first~*

Don't think it crawl like a snail. After answering my aunt phone call, I went back to take some more snap shot of it. It's now crawling on the floor. How fast! I've only been away for few minutes!!! Gosh~ Well, maybe it does not have to carry a heavy.... :)

Trip to Orang Utan Island 2

These are some picture collection of Orang Utan at the rehabilitation centre on the Orang Utan Island. They hung the frame on some plants. Creative! ;)

Hmm...If not mistaken, this orang utan named Mike.
He's the troop leader....I think? Hehehe...
He has BIG cheek. Well, I know you can't see clearly on this picture. :p

The Orang Utans are sooo clever. They really know their names.
And...They like cameras too! Haha...!

He's trying to reached his food with a stick.
Why? Want to know?
Do you see the thin-wired fence behind the bars?
There's electricity flowing through the fence.
No worry, low current. And absolutely NO animal abusion. :)
To prevent getting electric shock, the orang utans learned to get their food outside the fence with a stick. Smart eh? ^^

Day 2 Without Room mate....

Haha...Day 2 with no room mate.
So, watch movie "P.S. I Love You".
I think is quite touching. Hehehe...I admit I do shed a few drops of tears.

Wahaha...Today can't stand eating crackers and peanut butter sandwich already.
Luckily, the rain stopped for a while.
I quickly changed my outfits and headed-off to KFC to buy my meal.
I ordered snack plate for RM 7.65 without drink.
Well, I regreted that. I should order drinks. Hahaha!

Well, this is my electrical jug kettle. First time I show off it. Haha~
It's quite cheap. Only cost me around RM45. ^^ Cute isn't it?

Finally~my desk! It's all-in-one-desk.
It even has a so-call "notice board". :)
Well, my stuff slightly messy...Ha...Ha.....=.="

Trip to Orang Utan Island 1

This is a trip to Orang Utan Island at Bukit Merah, Pahang on the 15 September 2008.
It's almost an one hour bus trip from USM, Penang to Bukit Merah. :)
Roughly 35 people (all from school of Biological Science) are following this trip.
This is a scence I took with my mobile phone before we go to the Orang Utan Island.

We need to take a ride on boat to go to the Orang Utan Island.
We're not crossing river by the way, we're going to cross a BIG lake.

The boat ride is quite fascinating. It's been a long time since a last rode an engine-driven sampan at my mom's kampung. How I miss a boat ride so much!
